These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FoundFic mobile application (“FoundFic,” “the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

FoundFic is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to:

• - Use the App for unlawful purposes
• - Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or its services
• - Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App except where permitted by law
• - Use the App to infringe upon copyrights or other intellectual property rights

Third-Party Content

FoundFic may allow users to access or view content provided by third-party websites or services. FoundFic does not own or control third-party content and is not responsible for its availability, legality, accuracy, or reliability.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any content accessed through the App complies with applicable laws and the terms of the original content providers.

Advertisements

FoundFic may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob.

Advertisements and related services are subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective third-party providers.

Purchases and Subscriptions

FoundFic offers optional in-app purchases, including subscriptions and one-time purchases.

Purchases are processed through:

• - Apple App Store
• - Google Play Store
• - RevenueCat

Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the platform through which the purchase was made.

You are responsible for managing your subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update the App at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with your device.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoundFic and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or use arising from or related to your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated or if required for legal or operational reasons.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
